The other experiment examines TCP friendliness along the same link. We start 500 1MB TCP flows and different number of bulk background UDT flows. You can see that the aggregate throughput of the 500 TCP flows drops slowly as the number of UDT flows increases, but at 10 UDT flows, those short-lived TCP flows can still obtain about 70% of the throughput when there is no UDT flows.
